Why small group yoga?

Eng Chew conducts small group yoga (up to 5 students per class) in Sengkang/ Buangkok.

Small group yoga offers several advantages over larger classes. It ensures each student gets the necessary attention, allows misaligned or poorly executed poses to be quickly corrected, which reduces the likelihood of injury.

With adequate support and real-time feedback from the teacher, students feel safe to go deeper into the poses. Poses are varied according to individual needs and characteristics. Observable improvements tend to be quicker, sometimes within the same lesson!
