Postnatal Yoga


Postnatal yoga is designed to help moms regain and build strength following childbirth. It is also a time dedicated for moms to recharge and rejuvenate.

The small group setting (maximum up to 5 students per class) provides a safe and cosy environment for each mom. It helps to regain fitness and stamina within a shorter period of time to meet the increased needs of the family. The class also provides much-needed "me-time" for moms to recharge. The class is 1 hr 15 mins. Lesson is 1 hr if there is only 1 student for that class.

Things to note
  • It is advisable to start Postnatal Yoga only after 6 - 7 weeks post-partum if it is a natural delivery or 8 - 9 weeks post delivery if it is a C-section.
  • Please get clearance from your Gynaecologists before starting the Postnatal Yoga Course.
