💓 The duration of each session of Conscious Kid Program is 1 hr. If there is only one student, lesson will be 45 mins.
💓 The duration of each session of Kids Yoga is 1 hr. If there is only one student, lesson will be 45 mins.
💓 The duration of each session of Beginner Yoga is 1 hr 15 mins. If there is only one student, lesson will be 1 hr.
💓 The duration of each session of Prenatal Yoga is 1 hr 30 mins. If there is only one student, lesson will be 1 hr. Small group prenatal is suitable for moms-to-be below 35 yos. More info on prenatal yoga here.
💓 Private group and 1 - 1 sessions are available on weekday afternoons at the teacher's place or via zoom. Please call or WhatsApp to book.
💓 The above small group sessions are suitable for students without any background in yoga and without any pre-existing medical or health conditions/ injuries.
