💓Online classes are available. 

Group beginner yoga, group prenatal yoga and group postnatal yoga will be opened once there are three or more students. Same applies to mindfulness for children and kids yoga. 

1 to 1 sessions (online) are available for beginner yoga, prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, kids yoga, senior yoga and yoga therapy. Afternoon timings are available.

All group classes are suitable for students without any background in yoga and without any pre-existing medical or health conditions/ injuries.

Information below are for face-to-face classes (currently suspended till further notice).

Lessons are conducted once per week. 


The duration of each Beginner / Intermediate Yoga session is 1 hr 15 mins. If there is only one student, lesson will be 1 hr. More information on Beginner Yoga can be found here
The duration of each Prenatal Yoga session is 1 hr 30 mins. If there is only one student, lesson will be 1 hr 15 mins. More information on Prenatal Yoga can be found here
The duration of each Postnatal Yoga session is 1 hr 15 mins. If there is only one student, lesson will be 1 hr. More information on Postnatal Yoga can be found here.
All the yoga class size above are limited to 5 pax.
