Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation and mindfulness practices can bring about many health benefits, including better mental and emotional health by stilling of the mind, which in turn brings our body into a state of rest and relaxation. Over time, with regular practice, a person may also develop a calmer outlook of life, and have better relationships with oneself and others.

Most importantly, meditation is a tool towards Self discovery and inner peace.

It is important to learn meditation in a group setting for support. Meditation classes are conducted in group classes with a maximum of 10 students. The duration of each session is one hour. Each meditation and mindfulness course comprises 8 sessions.

It is a good practice to cleanse the nasal passage before a meditation class to remove the bacteria and dirt trapped in our nose so that one can breathe better during the meditation.
